We all clap for our heroes, in real life as well as in films or one can simply say in films as well as in real life. We all do that when someone acts in an inspirational way; whether the hero hits hard right in the face of the villain, saves an innocent or fly high in the sky or devastate an evil place. No matter, we all praise such acts and get inspired, let it be for a fraction of time, though.

Then what happens to us in real life, to the common man like us. Who is stopping us from becoming a hero then? Getting confused? Let me clarify and make it easy for you. At our respective working places, be it a private or government one, who is stopping us from becoming a hero. Do we need to do anything extra? No. In this day and age, when we hear all around us the noise of corruption, you can become a hero by working with utmost honesty.

When your work is still pending, instead of gossiping and doing anything useless, if you are working, let it be just like that slow turtle, you are still a hero.

In a very common case, if you have not yet got that desired government job, instead of 'killing flies' at home you are doing something, you are doing a small job, farming or you are sharpening you knowledge and skill with patience, but with sharp eyes on the momentum of time, you will be seen as a hero. You will inspire others, for sure.

What if you have remained just a farmer. What can you not do at your farm? You are pursuing farming just like a job, routinely giving 5 to 6 hours a day to your land, to your plants, you use new Technics, you save money wherever you can- in labor, in pesticide, by using home made compost etc., you are a hero in around you. Hundreds of others around you in your village will be inspired hugely and try to work the way you work.

In case you are unemployed, until you do not get your desired job, you can at least do anything that can pay you something. Use the brain, hands and legs that the almighty has given you. He gave you these all to use, not to sit idle. Dare to take responsibility. Whoever takes the responsibility, is a hero. Only a hero takes responsibility that too, without any arrogance.

And last but not the least, we do not need claps for the work we do always. The important thing is - Do we see a hero in the mirror that we look at.
